He sent us everything that we needed for our insurance company and even talked to them a few times to explain our damage and what his quote included. Neal at Peach Peak did a full roof replacement for us. We had tree and hail damage. We really appreciate the way Neal held our hands through the insurance claim process. Our initial claim came back with an appallingly low payout offer, so Neal helped us go back and articulate the extent of the damage and appeal their offer. After the appeal, our insurance company fully funded a new roof. It took about three weeks to get the claim approved, but we’re so happy with the finished product. Great company!
